Postage
We offer Postage Australia-wide (and internationally, if you check with us first) OR Local Pick Up from our store in Tamborine Mountain.
How soon will my order be sent out?
We post every week-day and if you order before midday, we'll try our best to post same day for you. We will send you a tracking number once shipped.
How do you post?
We pack each order carefully and with love and we use Australia Post to send your parcel to you.
Where do you ship to?
We post Australia-wide.
Do you ship internationally?
If you are located outside of Australia, please send us a message and we are happy to get a postage quote for you.
How much does it cost?
We have a flat rate of $9 for standard postage.
Shell Decor: due to it's heavy and delicate nature, our price for postage is $15 standard and $22 express, however this apply automatically at checkout for you to see.
For larger, bulkier items, like our Lazybones Quilts and some homewares, the flat rate for shipping is $20. If you notice that a product does not have a shipping rate, please contact us and we will get a quote for postage for you (it normally means it is a bigger, very bulky - or hard to ship - item).
How long does it take to arrive?
Our orders are sent with Australia Post. Standard post is estimated to take up 3-12 days. We will send you a tracking number when the order is posted so you can track where your order is. If you choose Express Post, Australia Post estimates between 1-5 days depending on your location.
Local Pick Up
We offer a click and collect service for those who would like to drop into our store in Tamborine Mountain. Most orders will be ready within a couple of hours (depending on the time of day the order is placed). We will send you an email/SMS to advise that your parcel is ready for pick up once we've packed it for you.
